The only material consumed is that which goes into the finished product. No excess material used. No excess material wasted.
Changing the size of the heater to fit smaller or larger products is just a matter of scaling it up or down digitally before printing. Taking leadtimes from months to days.
No support material and no unnessecarily thick walls to sustain a mold are needed. We print only what needs be printed.
